Refunds / Returns Policy
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Remedy Cosmetic will accept all refunds or replacement requests if the product(s) are received by us within 14 days of you receiving your product. Once this is received and inspected by us, you will receive an email notification about your refund or exchange status.
The product must not have been used, show any signs of wear and tear, and the packaging must not have been damaged. If the packaging is damaged in any way or if the product has been opened / used, you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement. Please note that refund will not include the outward shipping fee and a restocking fee of 15 AUD will be deducted to the final amount you will be refunded for.
